PRODUCT

The operating layer for deciding where AI belongs.

SparksOps is being built around one job: turn “we should use more AI” into a ranked set of specific workflow decisions with visible evidence and controls.

The SparksOps loop

01ObserveUnderstand recurring work and systems.
02FindDetect candidate AI / automation boundaries.
03PrioritizeCompare fit, value, risk and readiness.
04ImplementDesign the smallest useful controlled workflow.
05MeasureTrack actual time, quality and operational impact.

Recommendations should show their work

SparksOps is not intended to output a mysterious “AI readiness score.” A useful recommendation should show the workflow volume, current effort, evidence, assumptions, required access, confidence and human-control boundary.

Control is part of the product model

Read-only discovery, explicit connection permissions, approval gates and bounded writes are product requirements—not copy added later.

Current stage

SparksOps is in development/private beta. The public tools and methodology pages are designed to make the core decision model useful before the full product is available.

Frequently asked questions

Is SparksOps an automation builder?

SparksOps is positioned first around deciding what should be automated and why. Execution may use existing platforms or implementation paths depending on the workflow.

Does SparksOps require access to every company system?

The intended model is least-privilege and workflow-specific access, beginning read-only where possible.

Is SparksOps available now?

The public site provides free tools and resources while the broader product is in development/private beta.
